Step 1 - Billing Process and Payment Options

The first step in the registration process is understanding the Northwestern College's billing process and the payment options available to Distance Education students-whether you're taking one class or a full load. Northwestern College utilizes online billing; you will not receive a paper statement.

Billing Information
Northwestern College will bill students for the entire semester’s tuition and course materials during the next month's billing cycle. The student account statement, which is available online, will include these charges and any financial aid credits (grants or student loans).

Be sure that you have read and understand the Terms of Payment for your registration. You will be asked to acknowledge your understanding of the Terms of Payment on the registration form. Your billing statement will be available online when the semester begins.
