Option 1. Full Payment of Tuition and Textbook Charges:
Students pay the total balance of the Northwestern College Student Account Statement the last day of the month in which they receive the first bill for the semester. A 1% late payment fee will apply for any remaining balance not paid by the end of the month.

Option 2. Monthly Payment Plan:
Monthly payment plans are available by the semester. The fee is $30 for a 5 month payment plan. There is not any interest or late fees assessed to the account as long as payments are made on time. Payments are due the last day of each month however, a $25 late fee will apply if the payment is not received on time. Students may enroll in the monthly payment plan by logging onto the ROCK, clicking the Finances tab, and then selecting “View Account/Make Payment” on the student account channel. Enrollment for fall begins August 1st with the first payment due August 31st, and for spring semester the enrollment begins January 1st with the first payment due January 31st.

Financial Aid and Employer Tuition Assistance Plan Information

Option 1. Employer Tuition Assistance:
Although you may have a tuition assistance plan through your employer, you will still need to choose one of the two payment options below and then seek reimbursement from your employer. (If your employer requires direct billing by Northwestern College, call Student Accounts at 651-631-5352.)

Option 2. Financial Aid:
Available to students enrolled in Bible Certificate, AA, BA, and Insight programs; Day school; and FOCUS/Pathway Project: Although you may have applied for financial aid, you will still need to choose one of the two payment options below. (NOTE for Day school or FOCUS/Pathway students: contact a financial aid counselor to notify them of your enrollment in a Distance Education course.)
