Richard Lange, Coordinator of Piano Studies

Dr. Lange is an active performer and adjudicator in the Twin Cities area. Performances include the Liszt Piano Concerto No. 1 with the College of Holy Names Orchestra in Sacramento, California; the Beethoven Concerto No. 5 with the Lake Region Community Orchestra in Devils Lake, North Dakota; and more recently, the Beethoven Concerto No. 1 with the Northwestern College Orchestra. Other honors include performances with the Master’s Chamber Players on KTIS radio, an appearance on “Live from Landmark” radio series in Saint Paul, and a guest appearance in KCSM-TV in San Mateo, California. He and his wife Kim coordinate the Northwestern Summer Piano Institutes, the Northwestern Piano Festival, and the Northwestern Piano Concerto Competition
