George Kenworthy, D. Min.
Trustee

Dr. George Kenworthy serves as Director of Evangelism Initiatives for the Evangelical Free Church of America. He is also a permanent Old Testament adjunct instructor at Bethel Seminary, Saint Paul, MN.

Dr. Kenworthy holds masters of divinity and theology and a doctorate of ministry degrees. He has served on the board of trustees as Trinity International University (1981-87, 1998-2001) and the board of the Minnesota branch of Athletes in Action. He is an annual speaker at the EFCA Missions Candidate School and Teen Challenge.

He and his wife, Joan, have three children, who with their families are Christian workers in limited access countries. Joan is a second grade teacher at Chapel Hill Academy in Chanhassen.

Pastor Kenworthy enjoys reading hiking, camping, collecting US coins and any sport.
