Electronic Media Communication Major
Bachelor of Science

The Broadcasting and Electronic Media major is designed to prepare students for careers in radio, television, film or other forms of electronic media, whether religious or secular. The development of skills in announcing, audio and video production, writing, programming and management are features of this program. Students will also develop a critical understanding of electronic media and its relationship to faith in today's world. Completion of the degree will also prepare students for graduate work in the field. The degree is granted upon completion of 125 credits as specified on page 42 of the catalog (40 credits must be in 3000- or 4000-level courses).
