The box containing course materials should arrive within one week of the initial envelope.

Once a student receives the course box, it must be opened immediately to verify all components are present. Match the materials in the box with the inventory list from Step One.

- CD(s)

If the student receives the wrong materials or damaged materials or materials are missing, the Center for Distance Education must be contacted as soon as possible.
