The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) program is designed to help students expand their base of professional leadership skills and to cultivate a character that exemplifies Christian maturity.

Instilling a passion for life-long learning in our students is the heartbeat of Northwestern College. The MOL program will help you establish foundational leadership skills that you can develop within your organization, community, church, or home. Ultimately, our goal is to assist you in shaping the vision God has laid on your heart and advancing it through strategic leadership and a godly character.
