Tim Rich
Tim Rich serves as Director of Human Resources at Northwestern. He has 20 years of Human Resources experience, both in the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Prior to Northwestern, Tim was at the University of Minnesota where he served as director of human resources providing HR support to a department of 2,500+ employees. His experience also includes HR leadership at Fingerhut Corporation as well as Northwest Airlines.

Tim has also served in a variety of lay leadership roles in the local church. Tim holds a B.A. in Interpersonal Communications from the University Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has done graduate work at the University of Minnesota in the area of Human Resources and leadership development.

Tim and his wife Marcia, have been married for 21 years, have 3 boys ages 18, 16 and 11. They currently live in Lino Lakes, MN.
