Master of Organizational Leadership

The Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) is designed to integrate a Christian perspective into the context of leadership and management, prepare leaders for a fast-paced administrative environment and provide skills and knowledge to incorporate leadership into a variety of organizational settings.

The MOL synthesizes four essential components for effective leadership:

  • Fundamentals of organizations
  • Communication
  • Personnel management
  • A Christian approach to leadership

Coursework is intentionally designed to integrate your studies with your professional work and you’ll realize immediate benefits. Even before the degree is earned you can enhance your current career status or position yourself for advancement.

The MOL is structured for those working in ministry or business settings and can be completed in 18–22 months. Courses are offered in a cohort, one-night-a-week format, with opportunities to collaborate on projects outside of class.

Students entering the program must have a bachelor’s degree. The Master of Organizational Leadership is granted upon completion of 36 credits.
