Graduate Certificate in Leadership
The Graduate Certificate in Leadership is a great program for those who wish to develop essential leadership skills but may not have time or be ready for pursuing a Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) degree. Similar to the MOL, the Graduate Certificate in Leadership synthesizes four essential components for effective leadership:

  • Fundamentals of organizations
  • Communication
  • Personnel management
  • A Christian approach to leadership

The certificate is granted for completing five core courses of the MOL and serves as a solid first step toward leadership in business or ministry. You can complete your coursework in approximately seven months by attending class one night a week.

Students entering the program must have a bachelor’s degree. The Graduate Certificate in Leadership is granted upon completion of 15 credits.
