Welcome to Northwestern College Event Services!
Northwestern College is perfectly situated in the heart of the northern Saint Paul and Minneapolis suburbs. Nestled among the trees and surrounded by a mile of lake shore, Northwestern’s 107-acre campus provides an excellent setting for your conference, meeting, banquet, or wedding.
Northwestern successfully hosts events of all sizes for hundreds of different groups and organizations. Year-round we help plan a variety of events including concerts, conferences, meetings, weddings, receptions, banquets, and student activities. We also manage the centralized scheduling of all facilities on campus. From mid-May to early August we specialize in renting college facilities for conferences, weddings, receptions, short-term and long-term lodging, and camps.
Our goal is to provide our guests with an enjoyable and positive event experience. We trust that your time here with us will be not only memorable, but also rewarding. Throughout your stay with us, we will do everything possible to ensure the success of your event and the comfort of your stay.
The Event Services office is centrally located to conveniently serve our guests and the campus community. You’ll find us on the main floor of the Totino Fine Arts Center, in the lobby of Maranatha Hall.
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
