Moyer hall, located about 100 feet north of Hartill hall, gives students the opportunity to live in a larger community. Each apartment, more commonly referred to as a quad, is composed of four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a full kitchen and living room.

This space allows eight residents to live together in a quad, thus creating a unique living environment that is not available anywhere else in residence housing.

All rooms provide each resident with a bed, extra-long mattress, dresser, desk and desk chair. A table with chairs, a couch and a chair are provided for the living area.
