The South Residence, is located directly across the campus entrance on Lydia Ave West. South provides an apartment style of housing with both one and two bedroom units available, housing four residents each. Every apartment has a full kitchen and living room. A unique feature of South is that all one-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms.

All rooms provide each resident with a bed, extra-long mattress, dresser, desk and desk chair. Each apartment is also equipped with a table and chairs and full living room furniture (couch, chair, end tables and lamp).

South also has a parking lot that is shared with KTIS and the Mel Johnson Media Center. A portion of that lot is allotted to residents in South who qualify to have a vehicle on campus.
