Southeast/Snelling Terrace

Southeast and Snelling Terrace are located across Snelling Avenue, directly east and south of the South Residence Hall. These residences, like the South Residence, are apartment style residence housing, having both one and two bedroom units available. Four residents are assigned to each unit.

Every apartment has a full kitchen, living room and bathroom. All rooms provide each resident with a bed, extra-long mattress, dresser, desk and desk chair. Each apartment is also equipped with a table and chairs and full living room furniture (couch, chair, end tables and lamp).

Because these buildings are across the street from the main entrance, a shuttle runs during the day to take residents between these halls and the main campus. There is also parking available, both on street and in lots (including a limited amount of underground parking), for those residents who qualify to have a vehicle on campus.

Southeast and Snelling Terrace Kitchens

All kitchens in the Southeast, Snelling Terrace and Antioch buildings look similar to the picture on the left (the two-bedroom apartments have slightly different kitchens). Every kitchen is fully furnished with table and chairs, full size oven and fridge, and many also with dishwashers.

Southeast and Snelling Terrace Living Rooms

The living rooms in each of the apartment buildings are all fully furnished with two couches, end tables and lamp. Students often bring additional furniture or use additional living room space for desks.
