Ongoing recruitment is held on selected Wednesdays throughout the year from 11:00 a.m.- 1:30 p.m. You are provided a 2' x 6' table where you can set up a display, including information about your company and the positions you are seeking to fill. Your visit is publicized on-campus prior to your arrival when you schedule at least two weeks in advance. No more than one visit in a six-week time frame please. Failure to cancel a visit without prior notification may result in loss of the opportunity to recruit at Northwestern College in the future.

On-campus Interviewing is by appointment. Schedule one month in advance of your visit, so the Career Development Center can notify graduating seniors and registered alumni to register for an interview if interested. You will receive a copy of the schedule and resumes three days in advance of your visit.

Join us for our Fall (PT) and Spring (FT) Job Fairs which are held in August and February. The purpose of these fairs is to provide you with an opportunity to promote your jobs and internships to students, and for students to gather career information from you.
