Use this form to let us know you are interested in taking individual courses through distance education. After you submit the form, you will receive an e-mail from Graduate & Continuing Education with further instructions for payment and specific course registration.

• Do not use this form if you wish to participate in a degree program offered via distance education. Please complete the Graduate & Continuing Education Application Form and submit using the instructions on that form.
• Do not use this form if you are a current NWC student or have previously taken a course through distance education. Please send an e-mail to gce@nwc.edu from your NWC e-mail account to let us know you are ready to start the registration process. The $30 registration fee is waived for NWC students.
